Our printing facility can help you print your documents from files in various formats, including word, excel, PowerPoint, and PDF. However, it is preferable if the files are prepared in PDF format as compatibility issues may delay the printing process due to problems such as special fonts in word documents.

If it is not convenient to have your document converted to PDF, please come and visit us so that we can give you a proof on the spot to make sure the documents are printed as they are.

How to Print @ Central Internet Cafe

  • If you do not have an account, you can give us an email and we will send you a quote and time frame. Please note, payment need to be completed before we can start printing. You can deposit the payment through net banking and simply send us the payment receipt from your bank or netbank. This way we do not need to wait until the fund is cleared.
  • If you are an account customer, ftp your files to your ftp account and we will send you a confirmation when the job is finished. Please contact us in regards to accessing our FTP Server
  • If you require a proof please let us know, and we organise one for you

When You Can Print @ Central Internet Cafe

  • You can use our services anytime you like within our opening hours
  • If you send files after opening hours, then we will proceed the printing first thing in the morning
  • Note on delivery: IF you would like us to deliver via couriers, there are time limit of file submission in order to get your printed documents at the same day, otherwise, documents will be shipped out the next day
